Could be tricky to find initially. once there, noting the lack of luggage storage post-checkout and having no nearby lockers is inconvenient. There’s also no cover between the hotel and the train station, making it less than ideal during rainy weather.

The location near Ueno shopping street saved us so much time. Just a quick five-minute walk to multiple convenience stores and great dining options. The room had a modern design, and I loved the bunk beds! Water pressure in the shower was impressive too. However, cleanliness was a concern. Found stains on the sofa, which wasn't appealing. Arriving late, the ambience felt off due to dusting issues, as my daughter even complained about coughing. Despite the lovely space, a thorough cleaning would enhance the experience. Also, the check-in process felt chaotic since it took too long due to only one person at the front desk. It would be smoother if they had more staff available. Overall, this place has potential but needs attention to detail in cleanliness and service efficiency.

Minn Ueno offers a fantastic stay with an immaculate environment and a truly impressive bathroom. The virtual concierge service proved effective, allowing for easy requests like new towels. The location is convenient, nestled between Ueno and Okachimachi stations, both reachable within a short walk. The room was very clean, and the amenities, including a fridge and kettle, were particularly useful for my work trip.

The hotel had nice big beds and a little kitchenette that we really appreciated! there was also a washing machine which was super handy for our stay.

it wasn't cheap, but still acceptable.

Spacious rooms and great amenities for families

We loved our stay, especially the spaciousness of the room that really suited our family of four. The kitchenette was a huge plus, allowing us to prepare breakfasts and late-night snacks easily. The bunk beds were a hit with the kids! However, the QR code check-in and contactless service felt a bit impersonal and could definitely use a more straightforward process.
